How To Turn Your Sales Rep Into A Selling Machine
1. Train Them Like They’re Your ATM
You wouldn’t leave your ATM card in the hands of someone who doesn’t know the PIN, right?
So why leave your customer sales reps without training?
Most sales reps just read name, address, “we will deliver tomorrow.”
That’s not a sales rep.
You need to teach them actual SALES. Not order confirmation. Sales.
They must learn how to spot when a customer is ready for a bundle.
They must know how to offer extras that make sense.
They must understand how to turn hesitation into excitement.
The minute we started weekly roleplays and call reviews, our average order value increased from ₦25,500 – ₦35,500 per order.

If they say “I’ve been scammed before,” your rep must instantly switch into trust-building mode.
This is not guesswork. It’s chess.
And chess players don’t panic. They plan ahead.

Want them to push the VIP package? Let them earn something from it.
Humans don’t push harder unless there’s something in it for them. Not even your staff.
Add a bonus structure, even if it’s small.
₦500 here. ₦1,000 there. Recognition. Weekly shoutout.
Before long, your ₦25k product will start going out as ₦45k bundles.
It’s not juju. It’s motivation.
