STRATEGY 1: Map the Real Buyer Journey (Not the One in Your Head)
Most Ecommerce sellers build their sales system like it’s a straight road:
See ad → Click → Buy → Deliver.
That’s a lie.
The real journey has potholes.
Drop-offs.
Distractions.
Doubts.
Map it out like you’re stalking your customer.
Where did they come from?
What made them pause?
At what point did they ghost?
You can do this by asking them questions on the phone.
Our favorite question is – why are you buying this product?
It makes them customer think and help you win.
Just like Google Maps helps you avoid bad roads, journey mapping helps you avoid bad conversions.

STRATEGY 2: Use Your Data
If you’re not looking at your customer data regularly, you’re driving with your eyes closed.
What age is clicking your ad?
What gender?
What city has the highest delivery rate?
That’s not “analytics.” That’s power.
One of my students discovered 70% of his orders were from Benin City.
He stopped running random ads and added Benin to his captions and ad copy.
Focused on Benin with local slang and bonus delivery offers.
His ROAS tripled.
Know who is buying.
Adjust… and watch your sales behave.

But knowing what they did is not enough…
STRATEGY 3: Ask Them Directly (The Gold Most Sellers Ignore)
Most of you don’t talk to your buyers after delivery.
Big mistake.

But you never ask.
Even better? DM them after delivery with a voice note. Ask:
“What made you buy? What do you wish was different?”
What they say will shock you… and guide your next move.
