Because if you’re still “trying to find rider” or “pricing agents” after customers are already begging to pay you…
Then you’re not running a business.
How to make your ecommerce delivery faster
STRATEGY 1: Think Like a Bolt Driver, Not a Bus Conductor
A Bolt driver doesn’t wait to fill the car before moving.
He sees one person, he starts the trip.
That’s how your delivery should work.
Once someone orders, your job is not to “combine orders” or “wait till evening”.
Your job is to act immediately.
Most ecommerce owners try to save ₦1,000 on delivery and end up losing ₦10,000 in sales.
You don’t delay confirmed money to protect small costs.
Especially not in Nigeria where impulse buying dies fast.
You’ve seen it before.
Customer says “I want to buy”… then later, nothing.
It’s not them. It’s you.
