Send it to work.
Give it a mission.
If it’s not building your process, your structure, or your sanity – it’s wasted.
Learn to save before you spend if you want to scale.
Or be good at getting capital from others.
Regardless, you need money to scale.
Build a simple operating system.
Let me be honest: you don’t need software that looks like a spaceship.
You need to know:
– Who paid already?
– Who’s waiting for delivery?
– What’s working? What’s not?
- If someone orders, how fast do they get it?
- If you need products now, how fast do you get it?
- How to onboard a new staff fast?
And many more…
Little things that actually move the needle in the business.
Even a buka woman with 4 stoves and 3 benches runs with military precision.
Why? She has structure. She knows the flow.
She doesn’t guess.
You need that kind of small but mighty system in your Ecommerce.
