3 moves that gave me peace & profit in ecommerce
Strategy 1: Stop Building On Sand
When you build your entire business around one product, one platform, or one ad… you’re basically building on sand.
One wrong comment on your ad or ban, one supplier mess-up, or one bad delivery day… and everything crashes.
This is why you must start building systems.
A system for finding new products.

Hiring what you need is what helps you GET to that ₦2M – ₦10M/month – not what you do after.
The earlier you start bringing in help (even part-time, even remote), the earlier you stop doing ₦10/hour tasks…
…and start focusing on ₦100k/hour moves.
And no – you don’t need to hire a full team tomorrow.
