I used to think Ecommerce was just about selling.

Beautiful website. Fancy ad. Sharp copy. Collect money.

Build strong supplier relationships (double or triple source)

• Ask for stock count weekly

• Store your own inventory if possible

• Build a backup logistics plan

The sellers you envy?

They’re not doing jazz.

3. The Delivery Method You Choose = Your Growth Speed

Most people just “use dispatch.”

They don’t understand there are tiers to this thing.

Fast Growth = Faster Delivery.

Simple.

→ Fix it:

Use nationwide delivery agents for volume on Payment before delivery (GIG, Kwik, etc)

• Use local dispatch for hot zones for pay on delivery (Lekki, Ikeja, etc)

• Have your in-house logistics people for fast delivery and high delivery rate

• Confirm product before running serious ads
