Assign team members to follow up till it closes or dies officially.

Don’t rely on memory or whatsapp group.
Use Google Sheets or any CRM.
Log every touchpoint.
Know who replied, who ghosted, who needs chasing.
Running ads without follow-up is like planting seeds and never watering them…
Then blaming the sun for no harvest.
And the numbers don’t lie:
If you follow up 5 times instead of once, you can close 2–4x more orders… using the same ad spend.
That’s how you turn ₦100k into ₦400k.
Not by “trying another product.”
