2. Use Their Words, Not Your Own

You’re not writing a WAEC essay. You’re trying to sell your product.

Go through your DMs. Read the questions people ask.

Check your comments. Check Amazon reviews. Check TikTok.

When you see an ad with 100s or 1000s+ comments selling your kind of product, pause and read through the comments.

What exact words do they use?

Copy that into your ads, DM and website.

Example:

They don’t say “skin hydration.” They say “my skin is dry like harmattan.”

They don’t say “helps with hyperpigmentation.” They say “my face has patches and it’s embarrassing.”

Sell to their pain with their language. Not yours.

3. Solve, Don’t Impress

You’re not in business to look smart.

You’re in business to solve a problem.

If you sell mosquito patches, don’t talk about ingredients.

Talk about how their baby can finally sleep without getting bitten.

If you sell blender bottles, don’t say “500ml leakproof BPA-free.”

Say “Stay health by drinking smoothie anywhere without it spilling on you.”

People don’t care about features.

They care about the outcome.

If your product makes them feel better, look better, or live easier – that’s what you lead with.

You don’t need to guess your way through this.
