I was doing everything…
Sales rep, delivery manager, product sourcer, logistics handler, customer care, content creator, ad strategist…

3. Systems Over Trust: Make Stealing Hard, Getting Caught Easy
Here’s another uncomfortable truth.
Most of you don’t delegate because you’re scared your staff will steal.
