Most of the time, your business doesn’t need a new product, a new logo, or a new miracle software.

I’ve seen it over and over.

I had a coaching call once with a guy selling a really good skincare set.
Organic, proven to work, testimonials, all of that.
But he wasn’t making consistent sales.

I said, “Okay. Let’s walk through your funnel together…”
Guess what?
The damn order form was broken on mobile.
Like — it literally didn’t submit when you clicked “Buy Now.” everytime.
And we found this by installing Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
We saw people always clicked on the order the buy button to submit the orders.
THAT was the bottleneck.
No amount of motivation, mindset hacks, or ‘offer optimization’ would fix a broken form.
He fixed it in 20 minutes.
Next day? 31 orders.
That’s the power of removing bottlenecks.
Here’s the hard truth:
You don’t need more hustle.
You need more clarity.
Every business — no matter how sexy the offer is — has a weak link.
And that weak link is what’s quietly KILLING your momentum.
Sometimes it’s your product validation process.
Sometimes it’s your lead-to-order conversion system.
Sometimes it’s your delivery partner that keeps ghosting after collecting packages.
Whatever it is — until you fix it, nothing scales properly.
And when you keep pouring money or time into a business with a blocked artery?
That’s not entrepreneurship.
That’s sabotage.
So, what do you actually do?
Look — your business is not slow because “God’s time is the best.”

1. Follow the Money Trail
Forget all the motivational fluff. Start from the end.
Where the hell is the money supposed to land?
If people are not paying you, there’s a reason.
Trace the steps backwards.
- Is your checkout form buggy?
- Are you slow to reply on WhatsApp?
- Is your sales rep too tired, too rude, or too lazy to close?
- Are customers clicking your ad but not buying because the landing page feels like a scam?
Don’t guess. Walk through it yourself.
Act like a customer.
Try to buy from yourself.
See where the headache starts.
If you can’t buy from you with ease… imagine how the customer feels.
2. Track the Touchpoints
You need to zoom out and map the entire buying journey.
Where are people falling off?
- Ad clicked? ✅
- Landed on page? ✅
- Read everything? ✅
- Placed order? ✅
- Clicked WhatsApp? ✅
- Dropped message? ✅
- Got ignored for 3 hours? ❌
- Lost sale? ✅
That’s it. That’s the bottleneck.
You didn’t need more ads — you needed faster response time.
Or maybe it’s delivery.
You closed the sale… but the rider disappeared for 2 days.
The customer moved on.
Bottlenecks aren’t always obvious.
Sometimes they’re hiding in the small things — things you’re ignoring because they’re “someone else’s job.”
Nah. It’s your job now — if you want to get paid.
3. Test Like a Beast
If you’re still guessing… you’re not running a business — you’re gambling.
Test shit.
Every step.
- Run 2 checkout processes.
- Try 2 landing pages.
- Send 3 WhatsApp response scripts.
- Deliver using 2 logistics companies.
- Split-test creatives and ad angles.
Let the data slap you with the truth.
Feelings lie.
Gut instincts lie.
Numbers don’t.
When you test, you see exactly what’s broken — and what’s printing cash.
